Lilly is passionate about connecting communities with fine art, dance, and music. With a background in visual art, ballet, and violin, she is invested in guiding these art forms to become easily accessible for all using forward-thinking marketing and design techniques.

She received her M.A. in Business Design and Arts Leadership from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) where she focused on marketing and communications strategies in the for-profit sphere and learned how non-profits can use these tactics to their advantage. She received her B.A. in Studio Art and Art History from the University of Mary Washington, where she focused on fiber sculpture and impressionism & post-impressionism. She served as Associate Principal violinist of the University Philharmonic all four years, where she had the honor to perform with Itzhak Perlman, Joshua Bell, Sir James Galway, and Jose Carerras.

Throughout her career, Lilly has held positions with Minnesota Orchestra, Philharmonie Luxembourg, and Orchestra of St. Luke’s in New York. Most recently, she served as Marketing and Creative Manager for the Hawai’i Symphony Orchestra where she spearheaded its re-branding.

Originally from the coastal region of Virginia, she was drawn to Honolulu, Hawaii to develop connections with her relatives and better understand her Hawaii ancestral lineage, which originated from the Philippines and migrated to the sugar plantations of Kauai at the beginning of the 20th century.
